COVID-19 has forever changed the way our clinic operates. On top of our usual strict cleaning protocols; we have converted the clinic to run paperless in an effort to reduce high touch areas that cannot be disinfected. Because of this, we ask that all clients complete a new Medical History, Consent Form & Electronic Transmission Authorization form so that we can update your personal file. These forms will be emailed to you at the time of your booking.
You will also be asked to complete two COVID-19 Screening forms for every appointment. You will be screened once when you book the appointment, & once at the clinic before being permitted into the treatment room. All TMK staff will also be screened for COVID-19 symptoms prior to their shift every day.
It is extremely important that you call the clinic & cancel your appointment if you are feeling ill, even with mild symptoms!! No late charges will be applied for cancellations due to illness at this time, though we still ask you provide 24 hours notice when possible. Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will still be subject to a late cancellation fee.
All of our RMTs will be wearing masks while they interact with clients. We require clients to also wear a mask while inside the clinic and during their treatment. Masks will be available for purchase if you require a mask, but fail to bring one to your appointment.
As of January 1, 2020 we will require a credit card number on file in order to book appointments on long weekends, statutory holidays, and between December 19-31, 2020. Failure to provide less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation will result in a full charge for the missed appointment.
